We believe that responsible travel has the ability to change the world for the better.
It can benefit local communities, inspire

We launched our Small Change initiative in 2017 and are on a journey with our customers, suppliers and local partners
to make a significant positive impact

Protecting and preserving the beautiful destinations and environment of the places we visit is one of our highest priorities. As well as promoting and practicing sustainable travel, we conduct regular eco-audits on all our trips and suppliers to ensure we’re consistently minimising our impact on the natural environment.
We ensure that every trip we run has a direct and positive impact on the local communities we visit.
We have built great relationships with local operators, who we work with to deliver amazing experiences that benefit them, their families and their communities.
We believe that travel is the best way to inspire cultural
exchange, which leads to a greater understanding and real connections between people of different cultures.
We also understand the importance of education and have several initiatives that support schools, monasteries and local charities.
The health and wellbeing of animals is extremely important to us and sadly we've seen first hand how tourism can contribute to their abuse and mistreatment.
Therefore we only visit wildlife sanctuaries or rescue centres operating with the highest animal welfare and conservation standards possible.
SMALL CHANGES
From planting trees, to beach cleanups, to donating school supplies, to reducing the use of single use plastics, here are just some of our Small Change initiatives from around the world.
The climate crisis demands urgent action.
We recognise the need for both travellers and travel businesses to take action on climate change. We work with Path Net Zero to measure the emissions of all our tours and with Veritree to plant enough trees to offset the emissions. And we're proud to say that our tours are now 100% carbon neutral.
